SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, there will be a flat shipping fee of $5. All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of the purchase, and we aim to deliver your products within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us at info@xtracta.net with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure that it is in new, unused condition. If the product meets our return policy guidelines, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not refund shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@xtracta.net within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us, and we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@xtracta.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return the product by our return policy.
